In conjunction with selected consultants we have the capability to do complete turnkey projects, taking proposals from pre-development application right through to occupancy.

Architectural

Modelling

Trained in architecture, architectural computing, modelling and model making, the expert MGM team works with clients to produce 3D physical scale models. We visualise the design, planning and marketing stages to help achieve new homes, infrastructure projects and property developments.

Construction
Management

Micheal's experience is in the commercial and educational building sectors, with emphasis on Design and Construct projects. With a keen focus on the strategic development through establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.

ABOUT

MGM Constructions is a medium sized building company operating from its head office in Hunters Hills, Sydney, Australia.

Incorporated in 2000 as a largely residential builder, it gradually broadened its range of expertise to include churches and schools, and later commercial, industrial, retirement living and medium density residential construction. In recent years it is now involved in all commercial construction sectors.

Contracts are generally conducted within NSW and typically range in value up to $25m. Experienced management capabilities and well organised financial and insurance arrangements enable the simultaneous undertaking of multiple projects. Work is acquired through competitive tendering, negotiation and referrals.

MGM Constructions prides itself in having long standing relationships with a number of clients and architects as well as skilled tradespeople and suppliers.
